This workshop is 3 hours or more.
Do you know when the days are stressful, you feel stressed, you have thoughts about your stress, your body hurts, your neck is stuck, your knees creak, and you have no idea what to do about it all? Let us already share with you here that it all is connected! For what you think and focus on in your mind also affects the body.
This knowledge and realization is what has inspired chiropractor Anne-Lene Nielsen and senior art director and author Morten Bonde to develop the lecture and workshop ‘Change Attitudes and Views on your Challenges’.
Here they share tools and hacks that give you inspiration to take control back into your life, and create greater balance and inner peace.
The lecture, which offers lots of laughs and personal stories, can help you change your attitude and view of your challenges.
Anne-Lene Nielsen is an authorized chiropractor, and in addition has a master’s degree in positive psychology, and is interested in how our well-being can be facilitated in the best possible way, based on a better understanding and sense of the connections between the body and the mind. “It is clear to me that we as humans – perhaps more than ever before – need useful and accessible ‘tools’ to be able to navigate in relation to physical and mental health and well-being.”
